We needed a place for one night, everything was perfect.

The room was a nice size with tea, the Internet, just what was needed. The location was best possible, within short walking distance to Jungle Bungle. All the staff members were helpful and amicable.

Everything was great, I greatly enjoyed my stay. The folks were nice and outstandingly accommodating. The location was particularly good and magnificent, short walk to the `` beach ''. I had coffee at Arcadia Coffee Shop, located within 10 minutes walk. Stayed here for 1 night and didn't feel like leaving.

The location was particularly good and excellent - so close to the `` beach '' and Downton and coffee shop. I had tidy spacious room with a kitchen area and a very good WiFi.

We had a very comfortable stay at Al Maha Residence. The AC worked well, keeping our room cool throughout our stay. The beds were also comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The presence of a desk in the room was a great convenience for getting work done.

The service was appalling and the hotel was reached only after a drive over an unsealed, rocky road. they do not accept credit card. cash only. This is largely due to the 'type' of clientele. 'Brothel' like.

It was very easy to get to Al Maha Residence Rak from Al Hamra SPB airport, which was just 12 miles away. I really loved that they had an onsite restaurant called Al Maha Cafe, so there was no need to go somewhere else. The restaurant offered good prices.

It was close to an event we were attending the next day.

Furniture fell off the wall and injured my child. Rooms were very dirty. Very bad electrical connections which were unsafe. Pool dirty and out of use. Don't take credit cards.

Thanks very much, we would not hesitate to return there, thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The staff is helpful here, the services are excellent, and location is excellent right by the "beach ". Their rooms are always silent and relaxing with boiling water for tea, a mini bar plus a kettle.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the location close to all the attractions. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the basic amenities to the rooms for boiling water for tea, everything was carefully thought out. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious. The variety of options and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations.

All was fine, no issues to mention.

The bed was comfy and the location was ideal as I was staying in rak for the night and needed to get somewhere early the next day.

The toilet blocked after first flush; the staff tried to overcharge us; they had no towels or pillowcases; the shower was broken and when asked to sort it they didn'T. Will never stay here ever again nor recommend it. Only stay here is there is nowhere else.
